What we collect
We collect three kinds of data on this site. Server logs: your IP address, the pages you visit and the time of each request, kept for 30 days for security and troubleshooting. Form data: the name, email and message you type into our contact form, stored for 12 months in our editorial mailbox. Analytics: an anonymised page-view counter that does not use third-party cookies and does not know who you are between visits. We do not collect your Cbtf account details, your deposit history, or your identity documents — that information lives on the Cbtf platform, not here.
How we use
We use server logs to keep the site online and to defend against scraping and brute-force attacks. We use form data to answer the message you sent and nothing else. We use anonymised analytics to see which Cbtf-related topics our readers actually look at — if a page gets no visits in a month, we rewrite it or take it down. We do not profile you, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your email to send marketing — if you want to hear from us, you write to us first.
Your rights
Readers in India, the EU and the UK have the right to ask what we hold on them, to receive a copy of that data, to correct it, and to have it deleted. Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Data request' and we will reply within 30 days. We do not charge for a first request. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Indian data protection authority or to the ICO in the UK, depending on where you live.
Third parties
The site runs on a static host (Cloudflare) and uses no third-party advertising scripts, no social share widgets, and no retargeting pixels. Our outbound link to Cbtf passes through our own tracker, which records a click but does not share your IP or any device information with Cbtf. If we add a new third-party tool in the future, we will update this page before it goes live.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and we do not direct marketing at under-18s. All pages that link to Cbtf show an 18+ marker and a link to responsible-gambling help. If you believe a minor has used our contact form, write to us and we will delete their data within seven days.
